This programme is designed to develop business, organisational and community leaders with a high degree of integrity and vision. There is a strong emphasis on building trusting relationships within teams and with customers and suppliers as a means of creating sustainable, long-term ventures and organisations. The wider impact is seen in communities, nations and the world.
“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” John Quincy Adams
The programme can be run in-house or off-site for leadership teams within an organisation, tailored to the specific needs of the industry and of the individuals involved.
Open programmes are also available, with participants from small-to-medium owner-managed businesses, public organizations, as well as self-directed individuals who see for themselves a leadership role within their community or industry.
Set in the world-class venue of Blenheim Palace, the programme runs with small groups – up to sixteen. This allows for open sharing and building networks of on-going support and collaboration.
The programme consists of 24 modules. Open programmes run one half-day per month over two years. All the modules are stand-alone, and you can join the open programmes at any time. In-house programmes can be delivered in a variety of ways to suit the needs of the organisation.
Two open programmes are currently running, one on the first Thursday and one on the first Friday of each month.

Under normal circumstances the open programme fee is split into four payments of £1,200 (six modules @ £200 each). We are happy to discuss other payment arrangements for candidates with specific circumstances that could exclude them from joining. The full programme fee is £4,800.
