The programme is typically aimed at leaders from small-to-medium owner managed businesses or organizations where there is a strong emphasis on building trusting relationships within the team, their customers and suppliers, as a means of creating a sustainable long term venture.
There is a maximum of 16 per course, and this small group allows for open sharing and building networks of on-going support and collaboration.
There are two options for engaging with the course:
- Join one of the existing open programmes, set in the world class venue of Blenheim Palace or
- Arrange to have the programme tailored to your organisation and delivered in-house (where facilities allow) or off-site.

All the modules are stand-alone, and you can join the open-programmes at any time. We invite you to come along for a trial module so that you can experience our approach to delivering the course before committing.
The specific value of this approach to running the course is that new participants benefit from the awareness of existing course members who will inevitably engage with them from the start, consistent with the interactive/collaborative style of learning.
The course would be most suitable for anyone that has a significant leadership role in their company either as: general managers, leaders of functions or business lines, or who have direct responsibility for profit/loss.
Ideally the course fee is split into 4 payments of £1,200 (which equals 6 modules @ £200 each), however we are happy to discuss other payment arrangements for those candidates with specific circumstances that could exclude them from joining. The full course fee is £4,800.
